Fillet, Striploin, Sirloin, and Rib-Eye Steaks are all among our distinguished steak line up. Hung on the bone for just the right amount of time, deboned and cut to your specification.

Sundays are just not Sundays without the roast beef dinner. whether it be Top Rib, Eye of the Round, Sirloin or the king of all roasts, Rib of Beef on the bone, you will not be disappointed.

MINCE
We sell two types of mince both very high quality. One with just the right amount of fat, and one with very little fat.
Tail-end corned beef
Brisket and Silverside are two Irish favourites that will never disappoint. We cure them on our premises using a recipe that we have perfected with the right amount of flavour and a minimal amount of salt. Serve with Cabbage and Creamy mash potato- “Go on its nearly St Patrick's Day!” Sundays are just not Sundays without the roast beef dinner.
